On a serious note, the ladies tackle high-functioning depression. Yoshie talks about 24-year-old IG social influencer, fitness trainer, CEO  Raven K Jackson. She was the girlfriend of rapper 600 Breezy, who committed suicide last week. 

Yoshie discusses how important it is to check on your strong friends because they are carrying not only the burden of themselves but others as well. Von shares how important it is to be there for family and friends when they go through their bouts of depression.  How important it is to be a listening ear, have strong support, and practice self-care of your own.
