Yoshie discusses how important it is to check on your strong friends because they are carrying not only the burden of themselves but others as well. Von shares how important it is to be there for family and friends when they go through their bouts of depression. How important it is to be a listening ear, have strong support, and practice self-care of your own.
Sue wants the listeners to understand that the journey isn't easy and that you need the proper tools and resources throughout this journey, and to know that you are not alone.
